Refund policy

We hope you love your bandana. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn and unwashed bandana merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

We accept returns only if product is faulty or not as described , our pays return shipping fee; or keep the product & agree a partial refund with us.
Note: the following conditions are not product defects
1.Due to manual measurement, there may be a difference of 1-2 cm
2.Due to different screen monitors, slight color changes may occur

RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If damage or defect occurs, you can usually speed up the return process by sending an email to provide a digital image of the damage or defect (and a clear description of the problem). In many cases, once the customer provides a proof of claim, immediate action can be taken.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the via email contact, the item may be required to return to Novelty Bandana for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?
If the item arrives and the Novelty Bandana representative confirms that the product is damaged or defective, Novelty Bandana will provide a prepaid return shipping fee.

For other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.(Including but not limited to)
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them (change of mind)

If you agreed to return your item, You will need to pay for the return shipping fee.

In order to comply with our refund policy, all products must be in a re-saleable state, that is, keep the original packaging undamaged and with all labels.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods that are not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.

Depending on how fast your postman is, it can take up to 15 days for your returned parcel to reach us. Once we have received your parcel we will refund your order as quickly as we can.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be returned to you in the original payment method within 2-3 business days.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
