We do our best to process and ship your product as fast as we can. During holidays, shipping times can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day.
Refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact our customer service so we can help you.

This happens for various reasons, among them being an incorrect address, the order was at the post office and was never picked up, or the order was refused/returned by the receiver. In these cases, please contact us with the order number and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. If the order is to be resent, the shipping costs are to be assumed by you.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping notification. If you see no movement after that,please contact our customer service so we can look into it for you!
If you need to make a change or cancel your order please contact our customer service. Since we try to process our order as fast as possible to get it to you in the shortest time, contact us short after your order is placed and we will do our best to help you.
